Last week I got the great news that I'll be having a solo show at the Palazzo Ducale of Lucca in a few months. No date is set yet, and the space is very modest but it's my first show so I'll take anything. This great news has given me the motivation to work harder at my art than I ever have before. Last monday I made 2 paintings and a drawing, a record for me. They need a lot of pieces for the show so I better work harder than ever. Also they all have to be new pieces since every drawing and painting I've made so far has been in a sketchbook and I don't want to tear any pages out of those.
